We recently had a stair runner installed in our old Toronto home, and this family-owned business was fabulous from start to finish. Sergio was efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything about the project. Scott and Jeff provided excellent customer service, took measurements, answered all of my questions with patience and genuine care to ensure we were completely comfortable with the process.
Osman led the installation and was courteous, friendly, and incredibly quick. He walked us through the work so we could inspect it, took great care not to damage our newly renovated floors, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
Overall, an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!
